Sociedad Azucarera Larios Inmobiliaria S.L. (Salsa Inmobiliaria) has led the urban development of this industrial sector, which covers a total area of 166,890 m\u00b2, designated for industrial activities related to supply chain management, production, processes, and services.<\/p>\n

The sector is located next to the urban area of V\u00e9lez M\u00e1laga, right next to the A-7 dual carriageway on its northern side, with perfect visibility from the dual carriageway and close to its access point.<\/p>\n

Once the urban planning process is completed and is registered in the Property Registry, and with the start of urbanization works scheduled, we begin the sales process.<\/p>\n
