It is a plot with exclusive conditions due to its location, at the foot of the A-7 and a few kilometers from Malaga capital, and also because of the land that covers a total area to be developed of 166,890 m\u00b2, wherof 74,424 m\u00b2 will be net plots, and the rest of the road, parking, equipment and green areas.<\/p>\n\n<p>With the green light for the \u201cEl Higueral\u201d V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga sector, an ambitious urban and business project, the economic development of the region and the quality of life of the residents will be pushed, since employment will be promoted by converting the area into a important business focus for the development of activities related to the management of supply chains, production processes and services to the Eastern Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n\n<p>The land development works will begin soon and will last around 18 months. These works include everything from sanitation, water and electricity supply, to the installation of communication routes, lighting or telecommunications services, among other basic actions.<\/p>\n\n<p>The new sector, being located at the foot of the A-7 motorway, guarantees optimal accessibility and visibility for companies that establish themselves in the area. This privileged location, join to the scarcity of this type of development on the Eastern Costa del Sol, will position V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga as a direct competitor compared to other locations, including M\u00e1laga capital.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Investment and key data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The project contemplates a total investment of 13,000,000 euros for the complete urbanization of the sector, reflecting the commitment to the growth and prosperity of V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga. This investment will result in modern infrastructure and services that will benefit both businesses and the local community.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Sociedad Azucarera Larios Group, through its business line Salsa Inmobiliaria, is the main and majority promoter of this ambitious project.
